Decoupaged Glass Bottle Using Rice Paper/Air Dry Clay/Spring Inspired
Between our large home projects I usually have smaller craft projects I’m working on. The upcoming seasons always motivate me to make home decor either for our home or to give as gifts to others. Beginner Friendly Decoupaged Ornaments Using Napkins, Glue And Chalk Paint
My relaxation during the holiday season involves personalizing gifts and making them myself. This can prove to be time consuming but by keeping them easy and giving them some consideration ahead of time, these crafts and smaller projects have become one of my biggest stress relievers. Wall Plaque Made over With Rice Paper And Hooks
Spring is around the corner and I assembled another wall plaque for a relative who will be setting up a new home space for themselves. I used another of the wood plaques I had purchased from the craft store that already had the string to hang it with attached. This is a very light piece of wood so the string alone was sufficient. I gave the surface a nice smooth…

Pretty Bottle Decoupaged With Vintage Stamperia Rice Paper And Paint
I’m not always sure in what direction to take a project when I first begin, but this bottle was giving me a vintage vibe. Before starting I gave it a coat of primer to see if it would help the acrylic paint stick to the glass surface. I then moved on to tis Folk Art white paint. It is pictured above with my new brush especially made for this paint, which I love. But I needed very a thick layers of paint to cover the green so I ended up applying two coats with a sponge. This is one of the beautiful sheets of Stamperia rice paper I recently purchased.…
